In 2015, Alliance was acquired by Assured Partners (AP), a top 5 national broker. Robert worked under the new ownership as a Senior Producer specializing in Commercial Risk Management for mid-market and large enterprise clients. In 2018, Robert and Jerrica moved back to the Laramie community where Robert continued working for AP.
After over a decade in the business, Robert was approached by Famers’ Union Service Association (FUSA) to partner with them to open a FUSA affiliated agency in Laramie. FUSA agencies provide some of the most competitive and customized insurance solutions for home, auto, and commercial interests, as well as other types of property and casualty insurance. FUSA’s values of relationship building, community engagement, and superior customer service closely aligned with Robert’s own business values, and Range Community Insurance was born. Robert is an avid sports fan, an animal lover, a dedicated community member, and a devoted father and husband. He and Jerrica live in Laramie with their two daughters, Ainsley and Addison. Robert loves Laramie and is so grateful to be raising his family in this wonderful community. He is thrilled to contribute to the business community of a town he cherishes and loves to give back to.
Jerrica's commitment to community service is evident through her active involvement in numerous local initiatives. She believes in the power of nonprofits to drive positive change and is dedicated to supporting their missions. Her passion for community and the importance of nonprofits fuels her work, ensuring that she contributes meaningfully to the well-being of those around her.
Jerrica lives in Laramie with her husband, Robert, their two daughters, Ainsley and Addison, and their two fur-kids. While she would love to share details about interesting hobbies, she enjoys napping and reading books in her free time.
Brian has gained experience across several service-focused and operational roles, including law enforcement, security, industry, commercial trucking, and small business ownership. He founded and operated a local small business for six years, where he worked directly with customers, managed day-to-day operations, and used clear communication, and attention to detail to build trust and loyalty.
His background gives him a practical understanding of risk, equipment, operations, customer service, and the day-to-day realities faced by families, business owners, and working professionals.
Brian is currently working toward his educational doctorate in organizational leadership and remains active in the local community, including support for Veteran-focused organizations.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, working on vehicles, hunting, fishing, and enjoying life in Wyoming.
Based in Laramie, she enjoys building relationships within the community and finding ways to make complex information simple and approachable. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her outdoors—walking, camping, or exploring new places with her husband and their two dogs.
Inspired by a road trip to Alaska, Jordan decided to move closer to the mountains. She relocated to the tiny mountain town of Girdwood, Alaska, where she spent five years climbing mountains, biking, and snowboarding with her rescue dog, Nali.
After five years in Alaska and a brief stop in Steamboat, Jordan and Nali returned to her hometown to be closer to family. A friend suggested a career in insurance, and after researching, she knew it was the right fit. After fifteen years in the hospitality industry, Jordan left to start her career as an insurance agent, fulfilling her passion for helping others.
These days, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband and three stepsons, hosting dinners and game nights with their large families. She also loves cuddling up with her four pets—two dogs, one cat, and a fish named Gumbo. She is excited to work with her childhood friend, Jerrica, at Range Community Insurance and give back to the community that raised her.
